Rowlett Tea Party
Welcome
The parade this morning was a great success! We passed out 1000 business cards with our website on it and at last report we only had 1 person tell us they weren't interested! Many people told us thanks and said they supported us and a lot of people wanted to stop and talk right then! Several said they were going to get more involved!

Beginning in January 2010 we are going to start having monthly "Call to Action" meetings. At these meetings we'll update everyone on what is currently going on in Congress and what you can do to help! We'll have access to Congressional phone numbers, faxes and emails so you can let our Senators and Representatives know how you feel on the issues.
We also plan to have a speaker who can teach us about current topics of interest! If you are interested in speaking or know someone who is please let us know! Also let us know what topics you want to hear about!
